"Pretty Soft, Just a Few Knots"
It was soft enough and felt nice overall, but I did notice a few knots here and there. Not a huge deal, but definitely something I picked up on.

"Missing details made shopping harder than it needed to be"
A lot of the product pages didn’t have basic info, so I wasn’t really sure what I was buying. It felt like a preventable issue, honestly, just adding clearer details would’ve made the whole experience much easier.

"Click and collect was handy, I guess"
I used click and collect and it was fairly easy. Pickup was straightforward, which was nice, but then I had to stand around at the counter for a bit, which was kind of annoying. Still, not a huge deal overall.

i found plenty of really nice patterns and had fun browsing through them. i just wish the filtering was a little easier so i could narrow things down faster.

"Nice little additions to my knitting bag"
I’ve been using the stitch markers and needles for a bit, and they feel good overall. They’re not super fancy, but they’re sturdy and do the job well. One of the pouches had a loose thread, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. For the price, I’m happy with the quality and would say they’re worth considering if you need a few basics for your knitting bag.

"Good value, though I was eager for it to arrive"
I ordered a few bits from littlewoolshop after checking prices elsewhere, and overall they were fair. Not the absolute cheapest for every single item, but still good value. The delivery cost was reasonable too, which I appreciated, although I was definitely getting a bit impatient waiting for everything to turn up. Quality was about what I expected for the price, so I’d happily use them again. 4 stars from me

"Decent site, but confusing to navigate"
The site is okay overall, but it took me a while to find the yarn filters, which was kind of annoying. Checkout went through fine, so no issue there, but the pages felt slow on my phone. I also wasn’t really sure who was responsible for what on the site, it wasn’t clear who owned the product info or where to go if something seemed off.

"I was trying to find a few wool..."
I was trying to find a few wool colours that seemed to be sold out everywhere else, and somehow Little Wool Shop had all of them in stock. I’m always a bit wary when a shop makes everything sound too perfect, but the order went through without any fuss and turned up fine. it was just nice to find what I needed for once.

"Felt Like I Was Chasing a Mystery"
The updates were way slower than I expected, and I had to follow up twice just to find out what was going on. it started to feel like I was investigating a missing persons case over here. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more effort than I wanted to put in...

"Nice wool, but the help wasn’t much help"
The wool itself is really nice, but I got confused trying to follow the tutorials. A few steps felt like they were just skipped over, so I ended up having to search elsewhere to figure things out. I also reached out for help, but the replies felt like copy-paste support instead of someone actually addressing what I was stuck on, which was frustrating.

"Way Later Than Expected"
My order showed up really late, which was super frustrating. I’ve seen other people say theirs arrived quickly, so it was disappointing to feel like mine was the one that got stuck somewhere. Not happy with the experience.

"Fiber info is easy to spot"
I really like that the fiber content is easy to find on most of the yarns. It makes picking something out way less, actually, it just makes the whole process less annoying.

"Easy return, refund came through fast"
I had to return one pack of yarn and it was way easier than I expected. No hassle or back and forth, and the refund showed up in just a few days. Compared to some other returns I’ve done, this was just... really simple. Happy with the whole thing

"Not much choice, and the verification got annoying"
I was really hoping they’d have a better range of wool and colours, but the choice felt limited. A lot of what I was looking for either wasn’t there or only came in a couple of options. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify things again and again, which just made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It’s probably fine if you only need something really basic, but I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else. Bit disappointing, to be honest.

"Eco info wasn’t easy to spot"
I was hoping to find clearer details about sustainability, but I couldn’t really spot much. I tend to use quick cues like labels or obvious eco sections to decide if a brand is making an effort, and there just wasn’t enough there for me. Felt a bit lacking overall.

"Mostly Fine, But Kind of Frustrating"
My order was mostly correct, but one of the yarn balls came in a different shade than the one I picked. Everything else was there, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it still felt annoying. Just one of those things that leaves you feeling a little off about the whole order.

The pattern I got was decent overall, but a few of the steps had me pausing and rereading more than I expected. From the way it was written, I kind of assumed it was meant for people who already know the basics, even though it doesn’t really say that outright. It’s not a bad pattern at all, I just think beginners might need a bit more explanation in some places...

I do like the loyalty points because they actually start adding up after you place a few orders. I’m just a bit confused about how much you’re supposed to earn each time, since it’s not super clear to me. Still a nice perk, just wish it was explained better.

"Craft kit showed up missing parts"
I ordered this craft kit as a gift, but, unfortunately, it arrived without enough yarn, and one of the needles was missing too. The instructions also kept mentioning pieces that just weren’t in the bag, which was frustrating. I ended up having to track down replacements myself, so, it wasn’t really usable as a gift.
